ok so first lets get out why i need help. i been playing rugby for 2 years at my school, played for my city and went onto a tour of Ireland facing the city teams there. but last may a player on the opposite team we where facing decided to stomp on my head. i ended up having a full body seizure and had to be taken to the hospital where i found out my brain was bleeding in two spots. i still suffer from headaches and loss of memory. i been consistently seeing doctors for my head and three of them told me that i shouldn't play rugby again because if i get another head injure it can have really serious effects on me. but after seeing the chief of neurologist at sickkids in Toronto he said i could play after a year of rest. i don't want to quit rugby because it means so much to me. so what i am asking help for is that i need to become as fast/fit/strong as possible because everyone else had a year on me in working out and practice since i couldn't do ether because of my head. i need to prove to all the people who thought lesser of me in rugby and i need any help i can get to become better physical for rugby. so if you guys can tell me any workout/meal plans/anything that might help me achive my goal would be greatly appreciated.
