Need help finding a routine!?

[Some info you might need to know..]

Height: 5'3 OR 5'4
Weight: 7.7 Stone

Okay, I've been talking to some people and they say that its not weight that I want to lose, its fat! Though, I got kind of scared when someone told me that muscle weighs more than fat ):
I basically just want to trim up and get rid of my little stomach!
I'll work as hard as anything, and follow a good diet.

I am willing to excersise 60 minutes day, + a 10-15 minute walk everyday for 6 days a week.


I have no idea what to do for the excersize, but the only things I know [heard of.. ] is that you burn alot more calories on an empty stomach, and someone said Cardio workouts is good for me...?

I don't have any equipment nor can I buy any. Please reply with some routines for me. Thank you!
