Few points to consider.


Sunday and monday both have chest.

there's a lot of focus on specific upper body muscles while core and lower body seems like an after thought.

unless you've been lifting for a while and dealing with substantial weights you may not benefit from such a split routine.

you separate a lot of muscle groups that would be called on for compound exercises. don't neglect these in favour of isolated movements.
