Need help compiling a workout routine

Up until now, I've been basically doing FBW throughout the whole week. (This is the third week now)
As much as I understand, a one-muscle-group-per-day workout is going to be better, so I need your help in compiling a workout routine. The equipment I've got is a multitrainer and two dumbbells, 7.5kg each.
