Need help about diet program

Hi everyone,

this is my first post in this forum, so hello and good day to you.

I'm female and I'm 34 years old. I'm trying to lose my weight, I read about some programs online that can help you do that. No, I'm not looking for fast weight loss plan that may damage my health or something that need a lot of time.
After a lot of research I do myself, I'm down to two programs Toned in Ten by Erin Nielsen and Yoga Burn for Women by Zoe Bray Cotton.

Have anyone tried their program? What do you think of their programs?
 
I'm sorry - I don't know anything about either of the programs you mention.

Most people here create their own programs by using basic information that all these programs are based on of exercise and nutrition. There is lots of information on the pinned threads on both these topics.

Whichever program you choose - the key thing that you need is the motivation to stick to your plan. This is where forums like this come into their own. People start a diary and visit others in their diaries - people cheer each other on. They also join challenges and try to motivate each other to stick to doing the healthy things that they are trying to do.
