Need good opinions who know what there talknig bout please :)

hey, im wondering ho many days a wek i should do this workout
Day 1
Swim 1,250 meters bout 25 laps
25 meters inderwater
run 2.50 miles
6x38 ush ups
6x6 pull ups
rows 125pound 4x10

Day 2
Swim 1,250 meters
25 meters underwater
run 1.50
38x6 sit ups,38x6 flutter kicks i do them one after another
6x6 close grip pull ups
Bench 195 5x5

im getting ready for pararescue i leave in june. My workout increases every 2 weeks also.so what you guys think? how much rest should i give my body?

Are your goals to lose weight? if so them your doing very well with the workout if it;s mass your looking for that wont give it to you. if it's strength it will help but not significantly. It will burn tons of cals and get you looking lean and mean. But I think that workout is good for everyoher day, remember to get protein your muscles are working much longer than usual hours at a time is seems like.

its for niether weight loss or strength its to get ready for pararescue which is airforce speciall forces so i guess endurance. im just wandering how often i should do it
 
its just basic in boot camp its actually going to hurt me going to bootcamp first then indoc casue they dont let you workout on your own

That's because everything is done as a unit. I would just find what will be required in terms of PT in bootcamp and do that. Then supplement with weight training and your swimming.
