Need for Speed.

I am concerned about my football season next year. I will be a senior and it will be my last year of football (unless i get some kind of football schollarship ha!). I need to improve on my sprinting and acceleration etc. I currently run a 4.87 40 which is decent but i could improve. Anyone have any good workouts? Any good things to use? I pool tires at school and sometimes do stadiums and other stuff. Mreik i know you used to play, help me out here lol.
