I don't really vary my diet on days I weight train. You say eat oats for breakfast. So should I eat quaker oatmeal?
Yes but not the flavored kind. Buy the plain oats and you can always sweeten them with splenda or sugar free jam.

Your diet should be different on the days you train. You need to consume a post workout shake immediatly following your weight training. The shake should contain a fast acting carb such as dextrose and whey protein. Then you should consume a post-post-workout whole food meal, about 1-1.5 hours after, consisting of a clean carb and lean protein such as yams and chicken breast.

Yeah I gotta agree with LV.

Also, I would add a snack around in between 12 and 6, you have nothing there, you gotta keep your body fueled and ready to go all of the time. try to carry around a back-up snack all of the time just in case you don't have time or forget to pack something else.

And I'm sure you know, but make sure to keep hydrated with water, carry around a bottle and just fill it up.

I think yogurt is ok though, but I would stick to the fat free if you are trying to lose weight, and fat free mayo too, good luck.

Can you please recommend a shake. The brand and so forth. I have no knowledge about these so called shakes. and can I get them at a supermarket or do I have to go to GMC?

Don't buy at GNC. They are way to expensive compared to what you can get online or at "The Vitamin Shoppe". Try ON 100% whey cookies n' cream flavored protein. You can mix 1.5 scoops with 1/2 cup of dextrose (corn sugar) for a good post workout shake.

You can buy dextrose here or at a local supp shop.

You can buy ON's 100% whey here....
