Need exercise motivation and solution, Please!

Hey guys!
So I'm starting again with my weightloss journey for about the 23982304th time this year,
and I've gotten so big that my thighs rub together really badly when I try and exercise or go for a walk or bike ride. I end up getting chaffing and a rash and it's just really painful it completely gets rid of motivation to exercise.
Does anyone have a way of deal with this please?

Try yoga and weight lifting. Also try lubricating your thighs with petroleum jelly (preferably with vitamins), cold wrap them. Helps to heal them. I'd recommend exercises like lunges, or squats. Maybe shuffles? Dumb-bells or use an alternative if you don't have dumb bells. Like filling a water bottle with sand. Books could even work. Building muscles can help burn calories more and help tone your thighs. Tae-Bo is a good program that can help in that area as well. DON'T get discouraged though! Sometimes we have to go through some pain and discomfort. Just think, if you keep on track and make progress, you won't be in this situation down the road or have it become even worse. Take it easy and recover! You got this. I want to see you succeed as much as you do, and so does everyone else here. There won't be a 23,982,305th time!
 
Try cardio, yoga and some weight lifting workouts. I suggest you to hire a personal trainer if you have lack of motivation. Under the guidance of instructor, you would achieve your goal faster.
 
Yoga is a great idea! Also maybe look into meal prepping! I do that and it helps with taking the guessing out of eating. I prepare only healthy meals on Sunday for the rest of the week and it's a life saver. Light weight lifting is also good!
 
I motivated myself by a small trick that I learnt with a lot of practice and I have been able to lost an average of 1.5 pounds a day for the last 25 days. It is just unbelievable! :hurray: :willy_nilly::cheers2:
 
I think yoga will be good for you to start your way to lose weight, it should shape you a little, give you more mobility. To get motivated I would reccomend you use GymStream - Free Workout Music . I always use it on my iphone when I hit the gym, it gives me more energy and boosts my mood. Hope it works out for you and you get rid of the pain.
