Hello all,
I am a 19 year old male, 5'11" and 183 lbs. I don't really consider myself to be overweight in the general sense, but I do have some extra pounds I'd like to get rid of .
With that said, I have a few questions:
1. My first goal is losing weight to get to my ideal range. What are some simple but good meals that I can prepare myself to eat right? And what are some snacks that I can munch on that are healthy? And how should I eat (when, frequency..etc.)
2. My second goal, after reaching the first, is getting lean. I don't want to achieve body builder status or anything, but I do want a slight build. What would the outline for a basic workout be based on my current stats? Are there any that I can do without the need for equipment?
Speaking bluntly, I do sit on the computer all day and I want to break out of the habit and do something healthier for my body. I appreciate all future tips/advice to come
