Weight-Loss Need an opinion on drinking Lemon water

Hi, I have lost 30 pounds and is slowly getting into the habit of clean eating. I was badly addicted to coffee and now I have reduced to just one or two cups per day. Now I am trying to replace it with lemon water. I have been doing a lot of reading and majority of them says lemon water is very good to maintain weight. Hot lemon water acts as an appetite suppressant. Sharing that article here : . On the other hand I found other side effects of drinking lemon water regularly : . Is it not good to drink citrus juices daily? What is the recommended amount? Please advise!
 
lemon water is not going to be a weight loss solution on its own but as a replacement for other more harmful options it is a good choice.

by only using a small squeeze of lemon in your water, it is enough flavour to make plain water more palatable if you don't like plain water but it is dilute enough that tooth decay from the acidity won't be a problem.

the dehydration mentioned in article two, is only a problem if your drinking lots of straight lemon juice, much like eating oranges at the half time of a sporting match will lead to dehydration and tooth decay.
