Hi, I have lost 30 pounds and is slowly getting into the habit of clean eating. I was badly addicted to coffee and now I have reduced to just one or two cups per day. Now I am trying to replace it with lemon water. I have been doing a lot of reading and majority of them says lemon water is very good to maintain weight.
