hi everyone. I am about to go back into the gym after 3 yrs. When I started i was about 250lbs and I was going to the gym for about a yr before I got out of it. I lost lots of weight and gained lots of mass, but I think alot of it had to do with what I was taking. I was using RIPPED FUEL w/ EPHEDRA. I started looking for it again, even Hydroxycut, Stacker 2 and Exendryne (Im notsure I spelled that right). Nothing has Ephedra in it nonmore, so Im woundering if they even work since Ephedra was the KEY*. So, my question is, are the fat burners out there like Stacker, Hydroxycut etc still good even without the Ephedra? let me know b/c I am about to go back to the gym this week and would like something to help me out. Im 216lbs and Im afraid Im going to let myself go again and dont really want that. Let me know. THANKS ALL

Just keep moving and work to a sweat, Ephedra is very bad.

Heya Judd

I still use Ephedra products just look a little harder on the net for them, my buddy used to use ripped fuel as well and got good results. Right now I use Meltdown and Liquid Clenbutrx, both of these are the ephedra versions and have helped me out huge in losing weight. 284 pounds in April to 205 pounds today. Personally I think Ephedra is great and really gives you a boost energy wise and well as firing up the metabolism and opening up your breathing passages, and makes the sweat pour!!

I havent used the non ephedra stuff out there, so I cant comment on their effectiveness. But yeah just keep looking on the net for the stuff, its out there still!!!

For myself (Ephedra) - I -cannot take it, shortness of breath and tired, but i am older too? If it works for you, thats good.

personally I want to stay away from drugs - I take vitamins & supplements - I'm just worried that a few years down the road they'll find all sorts of major side effects. But I also have to admit, that my weight was never that high that I needed extra help - I could always control it with my food choices. So I guess I can't really comprehend the need for additional help. Hope you don't mind me voicing my opinion anyway.
