Need advice

Hi, I'm a previous runner. Unfortunately I've stopped running, I am slowly trying to get back into the flow of things. I have noticed that everytime i start to see results I end up giving in and I stop. Does anyone have any motivating advice to help me? I also depend on exercise to keep me healthy emotionaly, just can't seem to stick to it :confused: :confused:
 
Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same. Could it be that you are looking for results too soon? Is your training program too intense?

Try to make diet/fitness a daily habit. Don't read into it too much and just keep consistent with the diet/training routine you have compiled for yourself.

Keep a log. Write down everything you eat daily so you know what is working for you. Keep track of your bodyfat, weight, and take weekly pictures of yourself to measure progress. This is how I stay motivated. Nothing keeps me more motivated than seeing a decrease in my bodyfat and/or weight.
