Hello guys. I am 13 years old and 5'1 and weigh like only 105 pounds. i just started benching and i can do 3 sets of 10 of 95's easily.
I drink around 2-3 glasses of milk a day and was wondering how i could get fit. ( is running the best way for me to get taller and fit?)
Also i was wondering if i should bench over my weight because i heard from somebody at my school that if you bench over your weight that you wont get taller or something?
Also what kind of food should i eat? i dont want to be skinny anymore later guys
