Weight-Loss Need advice on totals for the day

Hi all. Just looking for some advice on my totals for the day if anyone can give some info.
5 10 female. I was 165 for a long time but because of some bad years got up to 200 I am now trying to get back on track. I do Crossfit 2 days a week for weight training and cardio 2 days a week HIIT. I'm wondering if my totals of 1500 cals a day with 130g protein 120g carbs and around 35g of fat a day are going to be good for weight loss. Anyone have any info or insight?

(I do have a lot of great muscle mass it's just hiding under some weight I need to step up my game to remove)
(also one of the main reasons for the weight gain was the lack of cals and missing meals but i've ended that and gotten back on track)

If anyone else could help that'd be awesome. If no one knows then I'll just post in the troubleshoot forums.
