Need advice on the treadmil and weight reduction l!!!

Hey guys, I am 22 and weigh 75 kgs now. I've recently got a chance to play a small part in a movie and they want me to reduce some weight. I am not exactly fat or obese, but i do seem to be a bit thick around the chin, hip and upper arms. They have given me 6 months and have told me to reduce around 16 kgs. Is that even possible? And I can't afford to go to a gym and all i have is a treadmill at home. So how long should I use it per day and at what speed and how many times per day, to lose 15-16 kgs in 6 months time. Diet wise I am not a large eater and just two small bowls of rice twice a day and fix to six slices of bread once a day. So just let me know about the treadmill usage, thanks a lot
 
It doesn't matter how fast you run or anything like that, you loose weight from burning more energy than you are taking in. Nobody can recommend anything because nobody knows how strong you heart is and how used to activity it and you other muscles are.
I would start by cutting the fat intake in your diet, and run as much as you can. Also maybe go for a swim every now and again.
But without a shadow of a doubt it is possible. Make sure you eating lots of fruit and veg as it will help with your metabolism. Maybe comment on here and say how your doing and i can help you a bit more.
