Need a Workout Plan

Hey everyone,
I am 16 and have never worked out before. I do want to get in shape over the summer. I have a small weight set in my basement with a bench press, leg press thing, and something on each side for your arms? I also have dumbbells up to 10 lbs. I am really new to weight training as you can tell. Can someone help me make a workout plan with some running, push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and some weight training with what I have access to. I am 5'10-11" and weigh between 130 and 140. I want to get a little muscle on my arms and chest, and have cut abs. I also want to be in running shape running about a 6:30 mile. Please help me! Please feel free to message me on here or reply to this thread. At the moment, I can do 20 push ups and then it starts to hurt and 20 sit ups and then it starts to hurt. To stick on workout plan find the activity you like, schedule your workout in advance,Train with a partner or personal trainer, reward yourself for sticking with your workout program, Set a goal like registering for a race or beating a specific time.
 
Hi Dbret11 and welcome to the Fitness Forum.

I am quite new here too and i am very new to the whole weith training process.

I have been advised by a friend to look at a website designed and ran buy a guy called Scooby. He is a body builder from the USA who has set out to help people get into body building.

I dont inspire to be a body builder in the slightest however the information he has on his website is very useful.

Along with all of that information he has a workout calculator that you can use and it will create a workout tailerd to your ability and youre body.

You should check him out, i have started his intermediate workout and it is working great for me.

To find him google "scoobysworkshop" and it is the first result.
