Need a workout at work-desk job

Hey.. so I have a job that does just sitting around at a desk and I totally hate it makes me go crazy boring... Anyways within 9months working there I have gained 11 pounds !!!! 1.2 a month!! I am only 5'2 up to 119 now.. I would like to get down to between 105-108. My butt is getting out of shape.what kind of exercises can I do at my desk while I am working? And for my stomach too. I need help so bad on this...

No , I have no suggestions for you. I would suggest getting a membership to a gym, or buy some adjustable dumbells. It only takes around 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week.
