I'm new here. I've been stop/start dieting for about a month and the good days and bad days have balanced out to a 0 weight change (perhaps thankfully!). I've started doing one of those shake/meal replacement diets today to take away the choice! I've banned my boyfriend from bringing home food, and have had to resort to putting a padlock on the sugar jar as my pursuit for pudding knows no limits. I'm on here looking for a cheerleader who I can in turn support, so do get in touch if you want to. I'm 24, female, UK based, currently 10 st 13 and want to get back to my former weight of 9 st ish.
