Need a unique abdominal exercise

I'm in a core conditioning class at my community college and an assignment we received yesterday was to come up with an ab exercise that we have not discussed in class. (I really don't know what we've done or haven't lol) But I know we've done reg and reverse crunches.

We do have stability and medicine balls (and even bands if needed).

I also need to properly instruct how to do it as well as what muscles are being worked. Any help would be appreciated (due tomorrow!). I did an extensive google with not much luck. If you have a site with pictures that would be great.

Nice! When did you get this assignment?

Russian Twists and Swiss-ball Lateral Rolls are some of the most unique I know.

Can the Russian Twists be done on the floor? I looked it up on Google and got this:

But it's suggesting a decline bench?
Thanks!

We got this assignment yesterday.

TY for the help Cynic. I decided to go with the "Floor Wipers"... not a huge beneficial exercise (from what it looks like) (or exciting) but it's different and I know for sure we haven't done them.

Obviously these work the obliques, but is there any other muscles involved? is the transverse being worked? THANKS!

"Floor wipers, (Lying Lateral Flexion)

Purpose: Develop the oblique and abdominal muscles

Starting Positions:

Lie flat on the floor with your legs together and straight out.
Place your arms at your sides with your palms down.
Procedure:

Reach your right hand down your side trying to touch your knee. Your left shoulder should raise slightly.
Hold for a second, then return to starting position.
Repeat on the other side.
Key Points:

Maintain your torso in contact with the floor, this is your source of resistance. "
