need a lil help

im 14 yrs old, 5ft 6.5in, and 160 lbs
i do yoga and/or pilates everday plus martial arts on thursdays and saturdays.
i plan on running track and/or playing basketball during the school year.
i eat less, but im not sure about my calorie intake.
during this summer i went to a sports camp where there was lots of exercise, plus walking around the college campus it was in, walking to the bus stop, and the 3 blocks home.
ill lose about 5-10 pounds then gain a lil more but i never keep losing weight.
during the school year i rarely eat breakfast, eat half of my homemade lunch, some kind of snack, and a real dinner.
how can i healthily lose weight and keep it off???

Yoga and martial arts are exceptional; I would put weight training instead of pilates. You should go ahead and start doing some cardio since you're going to be running track anyway.

And go read www.johnberardi.com (nutritional articles) and www.bodyrecomposition.com

I tend to make a lot of people angry when I say this but I can assure it is true

Yoga: Will make you more flexble. Expect nothing else
Pilates: Are a sad replacement for real exercise. Unless you are disabled or physically incapable of doing real exercise pilates is not likely do have much effect on you
Martial arts: Well... this is a very general term.If you are spending the whole class rolling around fighting, doing pushups hitting the bag then great. If you spend most of your time practicing the same one on one techinique and then spend huge chunks of time in the horse stance, or performing undemanding katas I would not expect any signifficant results.

You clearly care a lot about your health, and right about now you probably either think I am a big meanny who does not know anything or that I just get a lot of pleasure telling people that what they are doing is wrong. The truth is I see this all the time and people are everywhere in total confusion about why they are out of shape and/or overweight. There is nothing funny about spending hours on bunk exercise because someone has lied to you. These things have their places and none of them will transform your physique (I have never heard of a hard core martial arts school allowing 14 yr olds. Forgive me if you train at an exception)

Find somthing fun that taxes the muscles and the lungs. When I say tax the muscles I mean the same feeling that you get from lifting weights. That is the feeling of progress. Lungs get that feeling when it feels like you have just inhaled a wad of sandpaper. Running is good for starters. Get some sweat flowing!

Right Now you are pretty young. I started working out at your age so I applaud you for careing. And I truly do wish you the best in your search for the new stronger you.

An addition to that is Yoga will get you flexible, sure, but it will also clear your gas bladder somethin fierce.
