Need a fitness plan/advice...help? plzzz

Hi im a 25 year old woman 5'7 130 lbs. had a baby almost 4 years ago and am in pretty good shape but have been working out for a year now aprox 3 + times a week depending on my schedule and im not seeing the results i want to. i watch what i eat and have cut out take out completely and added in fruits veggies oatmeal nuts protein etc..

anyways, my main focus is my hips and stomach. i do however work all areas when weight training. i dont really have a set plan when i go to the gym. usually do 45 mins on cross trainer eliptical and then stairmaster for 20 then weights. if any one can give me a better fitness plan or idea on what i should be doing to tone up and get results thatd be awesome!
 
Do weights first, when you do cardio first you deplete your stores of glycogen and have very little fuel left for a good weight workout. By doing weights first you have plenty of stored energy, you get max benefit and the upside is when you do your cardio workout your body will tap into your fat supplies, what a bonus!

Honestly, I can't imagine having a meaningful weight workout after 65 minutes of cardio.

I agree with doing cardio after weights, for the same reason that trek mentioned. What do you do for your weight training workouts?
 
For my weight training I usually use all the machines 3sets of 12-15on each then free weights and lunges square etc. Til my muscles fatigue.
