Sport Need a diet

Sport Fitness
Hi, i kind of have a Mesomorph body, pretty curved muscles but still not big, and i really want my abs to show more, but i've been training hard for the past 2 months but would like a quicker results. Now my problem is that i do a very good training routine but my diet sucks, actually i dont have a diet. From monday to friday it's this - morning - cup of coffee, 1pm - 2 breads with ham/salami and margerine and in the evening different meals probably pasta or meat. I would like a diet that can help me get those abs out and show off more my body by becoming bigger. Also i'm taking protein shake. Any help please

To say your diet needs help is an understatement. Couple of suggestions; start eating breakfast, bag the salami (it's more fat than nutrition) and balance your meals with some protein/complex carbs and healthy fats. Include fruit & vegetables in every meal. Get your diet in order and you will see much better results.

i was thinking of starting making my workout in the morning at around 5am, since i leave from my house at 7pm and have a breakfast. I also starting to take wholegrain rice with vegetables, beans and chicken or tuna. What do you think would be a great breakfast? apart from taking the protein shake?

Plain oatmeal is a perfect breakfast food, it has the optimal balance of protein, complex carbs and fat. Mix in some fresh fruit and you have a vitamin pill in a bowl. I also like Kashi GoLean cereal or a couple of hard boiled eggs, piece of low fat cheese and a piece of fruit.

and really you want 'old fashion' or 'steel cut' oatmeal. not 'instant' or 'quick' oats as these are pre-processed to cook faster, and just don't have as good a nutrition profile. They're also very 'paste' like compared to unprocessed oats, which plump up when cooking and don't get nearly as sticky.

in a crunch, plain Cheerios is a pretty decent cold cereal.

Eat more Protein!

Remember, you're trying to loose fat while maintaining the maximum amount of muscle. MUSCLE IS PROTEIN. Therefore protein should be included in every meal. Chicken, egg whites and protein powder are excellent sources of high quality protein and you're diet should include a combination of the above.
