So I read Fitness and Shape and Womens health...and all that jazz...but I've never really talked to a professional about how to become healthy. So I thought what better place to ask my questions and learn something
I know that under eating slows the metabolism and that diet without excercise does not do much...I eat around 1200-1400 cals a day...sometimes less. I eat when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm full. I excercise daily. I switch out what I do...b/c I've read that helps...such as cardio one day and weight training the next. I cut out all red meat...for a few different reasons...no sodas. I was taking hoodia. I've lost a pants size (yay me!) but I kind of feel stuck. I'm at 135 and I'm 5 7. I would like to loose another 10lbs. Any suggestions?? Anything I should be eating more or less of? More excersize? (its kind of hard w/ my schedule, I go to the gym after work but I would be willing to go twice a day if it would help). Maybe I eat to many calories...or maybe not enough??
