Need a bit of advice :)

So I read Fitness and Shape and Womens health...and all that jazz...but I've never really talked to a professional about how to become healthy. So I thought what better place to ask my questions and learn something :)

I know that under eating slows the metabolism and that diet without excercise does not do much...I eat around 1200-1400 cals a day...sometimes less. I eat when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm full. I excercise daily. I switch out what I do...b/c I've read that helps...such as cardio one day and weight training the next. I cut out all red meat...for a few different reasons...no sodas. I was taking hoodia. I've lost a pants size (yay me!) but I kind of feel stuck. I'm at 135 and I'm 5 7. I would like to loose another 10lbs. Any suggestions?? Anything I should be eating more or less of? More excersize? (its kind of hard w/ my schedule, I go to the gym after work but I would be willing to go twice a day if it would help). Maybe I eat to many calories...or maybe not enough??

oh...ha...sorry I'm slowly (yes Sllllowly) learning...but I promise I'll catch on :)

Okay

-Stats (age, height, weight, Body fat %): 23, 5ft 7in, 135, I dont know my BF%.
-Diet (in detail meal to meal, overall daily caloric intake, ratios):
I eat around 300 cal for breakfast, usually oatmeal (instant...with raisins, dates and walnuts), yogurt and a piece of fruit.
I usually eat a snack...ex. pack of raisins, handful of almonds, granola bar, rice cake, 100 calorie pack (I havent had any of these in awhile but sometimes I grab one), a piece of fruit...
Lunch is usually a wrap...turkey,cheese,olives, tom....or like today I had a spinach salad w/ chicken and light honey mustard
snack again (same as before)
Dinner is usually a bowl of cereal or left over lunch or a small chicken breast or tilapia and some sort of veggie...nothing big, for some reason I have the mind set that eating lots after 7/8pm is not good. I dont starve myself at night...if I get hungry before bed I will eat a handful of carrots...I just dont like to cram calories in at night.
Sometime during the day I drink a can of V8.
I only drink water with meals and if I dont have a bowl of cereal I'll have a glass of fat free milk at night.

I have been allowing myself a cheat day on the weekends...either sat. or sun....I'll eat something like a mini icecream sandwich or pizza for lunch.

-Exercise routine in detail (cardio/weight training)
Mondays: Run on the eliptical for 60min (resistance is at a 10, I have no clue how high that is...but I'm out of breath and its hard to talk by the end of my run) I then cool down with a brisk 5min walk.
Tuesdays: 1hr kickboxing class, 17min ab blast class.
Wednesday: 1hr fit and firm class (step and weights used together). 17min ab blast class.
Thursdays: Run on eliptical for 30min then 1hr pilates class.
Friday: Run on eliptical for 1hr. Push-ups ( I dont know how many sets, I just do them until I cant any more...I know thats probably stupid I should probably count them) and 50 crunches (I know I'm a weakling :) )

On the weekends I do housework (inside and outside chores) and walk the dog...not much, maybe I'll lift weights before bed some Sat. nights.


**this is what I usually do...sometimes on mondays I take a dance class and sometimes on tuesdays I take a cycle class. Most night before I go to bed I lift small 5lb hand weights.

Well...I think I've stopped loosing weight...I'm kind of stuck here.
-Current and overall goal
I want to be healthy, have firmer abs and arms...and be at a healthy weight of 125.
-How long you have been doing what you are doing in diet and routine

Since Jan. 1st...maybe thats my problem...but it just seems that from Jan-Feb I dropped a pants size and from Feb-Now....nothing...
-If you have any medical problems or injuries we should be aware of

Nope

Oh...I do occasionally take hoodia...
