Sport Need a 3,000 cal diet plan.

Hey all I was wondering if somebody could start me off in the right direction with a mass gain diet plan.

I'm 6.0 feet tall
162 pounds
around 13% bodyfat.

Looking to breakdown my nutrient ratio in a 40 protein 40 carb and 20 fat scenario.

actually I was just thinking about how 300 grams of protein would be too much for me.. I'm am muscular and tone to begin with so I don't think I would need an abundant amount of protein.. would something like 25% protein, 35% carb, and 40% fat work out for me?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. How many grams of protein would that end up being?

If you want to gain mass, you generally want some protein, though.
 
like 190ish wish isn't too bad..

karky what would you recommend? I am pretty lean as it is.. ( I can see my abs visibly and stuff) But I want to incorporate some more muscle into my frame..

You think even 50% carb, 30% protein and 20% fat. would muscle me up but also keep my body fat down with cardio like HIT 3 x a week? Thanks
 
I don't see the reason for going that high on carbs and low onf fat (20% is low IMO) I'd just stick with keeping them fairly equal, like 33,33,33 or 40,30,30 or something like that.
