Ive worked out 4 times a week for about 5 years, and I have yet to find anyone who can answer this question for me.
What excersises can you do to thicken your neck a little? Not just your shoulders, but your neck.
We covered this a couple of weeks ago in another thread, but there are all kinds of neck exercises: front and back neck bridges, isometrics (pushing against your hand/arm), head harness with weights, are a couple of the most popular.
