Hey guys I've been lurking for a while and decided to make an account! I have just one question for you:

Is there a body cleanse that you can do that DOESN'T include any product? One that uses natural foods.

Thanks.

Natural Cleansing

More often than not, natural colon cleansing means following a colon cleansing diet along with taking some colon cleansing supplements which may include herbs which are known to kill parasites and worms, contain digestive enzymes, contain probiotics (beneficial bacteria), contain herbs that stimulates liver, gallbladder and intestines, also psyllium husk or seeds, Cascara Sagrada, or flax seeds, or slippery elm, and others. Hope this helps. :hurray:

Get a colonoscopy done. The solution they give you to take the evening before does a great job of cleaning it out in 1 1/2 hours. My last one was in January so can wait for 4 more years.

Colon Cleansing is the answer

Colon cleansing worked for me, I couldnt lose weight, and I felt horrible all the time. I did some research, picked out a good cleanse and BINGO!!! Within a month things changed completely, and I started eating better as well, the book I got has hundreds of great recipes, anyway, I'm truly living the dream!

Hello! First post here.:waving:

My girlfriend is currently in the middle of the "Marthas Vineyard Detox". While I normally tend to pre-judge any "named" diet, I've read the book myself and really can't find much to criticize. It does recommend some "products" which are 100% natural and help facilitate the detox process, while replacing important nutrients and digestive enzymes. But the main focus is on vegetable juices and natural "soups" you will concoct every night for dinner.

Here is a quick description:

Today is her 11th day. She has already lost 15 pounds and feels better than she has in years. She is logging a diary of her experiences each day, so I will be sure to post that here when she finishes in two weeks.

If you have the motivation to follow a very strict regimen for 21 days (there is also a one week, and a 2-day version), I would say that this detox may very well be worth your while, especially if you're stuck in a situation where you can't seem to loose any more weight, no matter how decent your diet is.
