Yesterday was the start of week 3 at the gym.

I do 5 days a week. It's a Curves-like program.

Today 1.6 miles on the treadmill and the circuit of weight training.

Small,small bag of popcorn for lunch.
A few pieces of pork, some rice and egg roll :eek: for dinner.

I can tell that my clothes are looser but I've only lost a total of 2 pounds.

I was very bloated yesterday but don't feel so bad today.

Tomorrow I go for a massage so maybe that'll help my mind a little. Lo.
 
Don't hate me if I dont' keep this thing up. I don't even like writing in my blog.

Yesterday, I had a chicken finger salad for lunch, a few peanuts to snack on and half a chicken sandwich (no bread) from Hardees. I worked out for about an hour. It's half weight training and half cardio.

Today, I just left the gym and they were about to close. I did all my weight training though but only about 13 minutes on the treadmill.
 
Me heaviest weight was 180.

I started at 169 and now I'm down to 165. My goal is 140. Heck, right now it's just 160. Lol.

I went and bought a pair of size 12 pants this weekend. Woot! I want to get to an 8 or 10.
