I dont know if this falls foul of house rules but i'll soon find out....
I'd like to start a list of all the companies and products that promote themselves as healthy but instead have ingredients that suggest otherwise.
I'll start with Fruit Shoots - Robinsons are advertising these in the UK as "one of your five a day", the ingredients list is as follows
Water, Orange fruit from concentrate (6%),Peach puree from concentrate (4%), Citric Acid, Acidity regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Preservatives (E202, E242, E211), Vitamins (C, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, B12), Stabiliser (Xathan Gum), Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K), Flavouring. Also contains a source of Phenylanine.
The ad is all nice and soft and healthy and convenient looking and promotes good health, but doesnt mention that it's 10% juice and a bottle of letters and sweeteners.
Any more....................
