Ok I wanted to start a thread to see just how many things you can name
success wise that has been an outcome for you so far! Example things you can do now that you couldn't before sizes in clothes weight measurements ect!
I will lead off to give ya an example!
I lost 60 lbs so far and went from a size 22 to a 16 almost a 14.I at 255 lbs
could never ever cross my legs ladylike I can do that now.I would get short
of breath just walking around the block now I walk 3-5 miles and bike.I notice myself out doing more things with my kids and I like shopping now and only time will tell when I hit that 150 what I will feel like.Tammy:)

Ok people out there!!!!!!!!

Ok no1 has anthing they have accomplishes since eating
healthy and getting some weight off????I thought this would
be a good topic to see all the positives things people have
accomplished so far, so "C'MON and start posting!!1 Tammy:D

I've lost about 17 lbs so far, gone down 1 size. I went shopping recently and enjoyed it for once!

That's it for now, I'll add more after I lose a few more pounds:D

I must have missed this yesterday...here's mine.

I've lost 11.5 pounds and I now LOVE shopping for pants. I used to only buy shoes and cute shirts and tops...got a closet full, but had no pants. It's so great to be able to find pants that fit and look nice. No more frustration in the fitting room.

I hadn't worn a pair of shorts in over 10 years (outside of my home anyway) and NOW I actually change clothes at work on my way to Curves. I actually walk out of my building in shorts now versus changing when I get there and then again before leaving! I love my new thighs! :::heart:::

let's see...i've lost over 60... and can walk up the hill to the building officewithout stopping for oxygen...

In chicago the past few weeks, I could walk up the two flightsof stairs to the subway and not need oxygen...

wow thats alot of good accomplishments!I had the out of breath
problems almost felt like an attack of some sort it was scary and
a eye opener. The clothes got to admit alot more fun do to the choices
are better in smaller sizes not right but it's true! Congrats every1
so far and there will be more great accomplishments to come!Tammy

Well I haven't lost any weight yet, but I can name some goals that I have accomplished that I think will help me as I start things out.

1. I used to drink 6 cans of pop a day. Now I maybe have one or two 20 oz bottles a week as a small treat. For me, that is a huge accomplishment.

2. I am more aware of my problem. I am an emotional eater who suffers from depression. I am finally seeing the connection and realize if I start working on all areas of my life, I will be working on the things that cause me to binge at the same time. (now that I have the knowledge, I just need to muster up the motivation, which is why I am here)

3. I wrote a poem called "Big and Beautiful" which is published in a book called "You're Not alone" which is a book for people with eating disorders by people with eating disorders. All the proceeds from the book are being donated to eating disorder organizations. I don't mean to spam but here is the link for anyone who is interested

That's all I can think of for now.
