N02

I just recently stopped using n02 because you have to take it 30 min before workout and I usually dont like to scheduele my workouts so I either forget or it's too late. 2 guys at GNC told me to take it 30 min before workout a long while back when I first got it. The label says 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before lunch. Which do i go with?

Get your money back. NO2 is simply pump fuel (makes you look swole longer) and adds nothing on a permanent basis.
 
Since its opened just take it postworkout.
