n00b with supplement questions.

Hey guys Ive been lifting for about a year now and Im currently taking my week of rest but Im really stepping it up next training phase. I feel like I have hit a plateu and may need a little bit to help me over it. What I want to know are what are some good suplements that arent crazy expensive, Im not looking for anything space age. Im already planning on buying some creatine. What are some other good ones?
 
Whey/casein protein.
 
yep, a whey/casein protein blend. some fish oil caps for omega 3's. a daily multivitamin to ensure you are getting all you need.

aside from that, make sure your diet is good, that you get plenty of rest every night, and that your training frequency/volume isn't leading to overtraining, which will cause plateus too.

But a week off or of very low intensity every 2-3 months isn't bad. It helps recharge the central nervous system.
