Myoplex?

I have been working out for quite some time now.. n i seriously want to add some mass.. im very lean (skinny) .. i want to add like 5-6KGs atleast to get a good shape...

Today a new instructor came to my rescue at the gym.. he really helped me with my angles n all... n has suggested me to start takin Myoplex? I am not taking any supplements n i still am hesitant as always... side effects n all :/

What do u guys think abt Mayoplex ? how good it is..? can i start takin directly? as in i havent took any supplements before...

According to him... i`ll feel the difference within a couple of months!? He thinks it will help u with the gain thingy as its a meal replacement powder?


any sorta help will be greatly appreciated.

Your probubly just as well getting a good whey protein product and taking a multi vitamin but I always liked myoplex. It is pretty expensive though and not a substitute for good food but if you need a meal replacment its probubly one of hte better ones
 
If you feel the need to start something, go for protein. If you want to bulk up, eat more food, and keep-on-keepin'-on. I would not replace food either, real food needs to be your main concern, mix in protein shakes before and after workouts.
 
why not just use an = instead of >< lol
