Hey guys, Just starting to take myoplex supplements because my sexy gym receptionist suckered me into buying a box Lol...anyway I was planning on starting some form of supplements but was not sure what to get!!
My question is, when should I take the supplement? I consume one satchet of powder on days that I work out. Would it be better for me to have the shake straight after the workout or during the workout session? Also, should I slowly sip it or gulp it down?
A friend told me to constantly sip on water while working out & then have myoplex about 10 minutes after my routine. Is this correct?
