My_Star_Shine gets to work

Ok, I am not doing well. Two weeks down so far and I have not really lost any weight. I am feeling a little... unmotivated. I figured keeping a journal might help me out a little.

Heres my routine. M,W,F I do 30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill (Have dreams of working up to HIIT), weights and then walk at the park later in the day. T, TH I just do 30-60 minutes walking/jogging on treadmill. On the weekends I don't have any planned workouts but I usually work something in like softball or hiking or whatever.


Hoping by the month mark I will have some progress pics to post. :rolleyes:

I had the same thing. You'll get over it.
You need to do some sort of weight training.
I would also suggest going on a carb restricted approach. That's what I've been doing. You get quick results, which makes you feel better about yourself.
 
Well it has been a month and I still have not lost any weight....
I am definitely beginning to see a difference though. My clothes are fitting more loosely and my rear looks much better than it did a month ago. I haven't taken any measurements yet, I wish I would have, I guess I will later.

Thought about taking a new photo but I think I will wait another month.

Miss_Christi, I think I will try restricting my carbs. Thanks for the tip.
 
Personally, I don't think you should need to think about taking your diet so far as to restrict carbs at 25% BF. Just make sure it's a deficit

I am alive!!! I am also doing very bad. I have not come on here out of pure shame. I have gained weight and am now at my all time high of 125lbs...:(

My butt, my butt!!!!!

It looks better!!! I've lost 5lbs and my butt is no longer saggy and jiggly and celulitey!!! Its a miracle!

Definitely a big motivator. I also promise to come up with a routine for you guys to analyze. I really am doing weight training it just isn't very organized at the moment.

And let me get this straight...are ashamed of 125lbs?? I can maybe see if you're trying to lose weight from 120lbs, but that still ain't bad.
