My Workout

I try and work out everyday.. not as much on the weekends.. i do 1/2 hr a day...

this is the work out gym i have:

i also have a regular recline bench with a set of 15, 20, and 30 lb weights and i also have a stand alone bench press (just like this )
stand alone has about 95lbs +bar(12.7lbs)

im trying to make a work out schedual... but im not sure what to do and when... any ideas?
 
Full body, Upper/Lower split, Push/pull Split. Pick one, research it then ask questions on it if need be.

What to do and when is up to whatever routine style and goals you choose.
