I got this nutrix whey protein powder that is instantized. It has 388 Kcal, 42g protein, 3.3g fat and 47.5g carbs in a total of 100g. Is it any good to lose fat if I do a one hour cardio???
I have protein with 106 Cal, 24g protein, and 1 g of Carb... can you shop around a bit more? I try to consume as little bit of carbs as possible because my body does not like them! I am trying to figure out the best workout regiment with when to drink protein shakes, etc... we'll see. Did you find any results?
