My weight loss plan

Hi people,

I want to lose around 5kg this month (August) before school starts in September and then, later on, start to build muscle slowly. I have started to go the gym every day and burn around 500 calories through sprinting, rowing and cycling. My BMR is approx 1600-1700 so if I eat 1000 calories a day and burn an extra 500, I will lose around 1,100 calories per day? Which is 7,700 calories per week and 30,800 in the month. 30,800 calories equate to 8.8 pounds which is just under 4 kg. I know this plan sounds a bit unhealthy, but it is only for a month. What do you guys think?
 
Thanks, Harry, your reply means a lot and I will make sure to read your book and hopefully leave a positive review. So what do you recommend I do? Should I increase my calorie intake? If I eat 1300-1500, so 300 for breakfast, 300 for lunch and 300 for dinner, and the rest is healthy snacks in between?
