Hello Everyone,

Today I start my weight loss journey.

Date: August 24, 2016

Current Weight: 279 pounds Target Weight: 170-175 pounds

Current BMI: 39 Target BMI: 20-25

Today's Diet:

Breakfast: Protein Shake

Snack: Vegetables (tupperware)

Lunch: Sandwhich + chips + Diet Coke

Snack: Vegetables (tupperware)

Dinner: Chicken with ketchup
 
Welcome and great start. If you can modify your lunch, that could go a long way. Your lunch is all sugar (or fake sugar). Bread & Chips = processed carbs = sugar. Diet coke is a bit of a waste. there is nothing good about diet coke. They are just replacing sugar with chemicals. Hopefully there is at least some protein in your sandwich. If you are going to have that kind of sugar, you might as well get some nutrients out of it, so replace the chips with a piece of fruit.
