Weights DAy 1
12reps x 5sets
Deadlift
Dumbbell Bench PRess
Front squat
Seated row
Walking lunges
3mins rest then repeat
Day2 (12reps x 5sets)
Sumo deadlift
standing dumbbell press
Back squat
Latpulldown
Back extension
3min rest then repeat
been doing this for 2 weeks already and it kills.
