My weight loss journey

I agree with the person above, you should also make sure your diet is in order. Also, if I were you I would include another weight session. But this is a good beginning plan! :)
 
Hey guys. SOrry for the late replies. My weight sessions are kinda of circuits.

Weights DAy 1
12reps x 5sets
Deadlift
Dumbbell Bench PRess
Front squat
Seated row
Walking lunges
3mins rest then repeat

Day2 (12reps x 5sets)
Sumo deadlift
standing dumbbell press
Back squat
Latpulldown
Back extension
3min rest then repeat

been doing this for 2 weeks already and it kills.
 
Sounds good. How are you liking it? Any results or ah-ha moments?
