My Weekly Workout - Any suggestions?

I am trying very hard to get into shape for this summer. I am a 23 year old male (5' 8") and a weight about 162 pounds right now. I am going to list how what my exercise routine is going to be, please comment and make suggestions. I seriously appreciate it!!!

My goals are:

Lose 12 pounds (eventually, 1 lb a month is fine for me)
Gain muscle enough to be noticeable. I am weightlifting mainly to build muscles as opposed to toning them.


Weightlifting:

I live in an apartment complex and have dumbbells that I can use.

I have a routine of the following 9 exercises:

Flat Chest Presses
Incline Chest Presses
Flat Chest Flies
Incline Chest Flies
Seated Shoulder Presses
Lateral Raises
Hammer curls
Concentration Curls

Currently I am weightlifting once every three days.

I try to do all 8 exercises during one session. This takes about 50 minutes.

I do 3 sets of anywhere between 3 – 10 reps each time.

Each time I try to improve the amount of reps or increase weight for some of the exercises while keeping the others the same. That way I am slowly lifting more and more weight.

Cardio:

4 days a week
Roughly 5 mi of running in 1 hour
Mixing in bike riding and elliptical machine and tennis


Here are my questions:
Is weightlifting once every three days good?

Are there other dumbbell exercises that would be good to do?

Is it good to do all 8 of those exercises at once?

I’d say the pecs are the muscle group that I want to improve the most, what can I do about this?

Where's legs and back?

If it were me.. I'd either do a full body (back, chest, bi's, tri's, shoulders and legs) 3 days a week or this kind of split:

Mon
Chest, shoulders, tri's

Wedn
Legs

Fri
Back, Bi's

What do you think about something like this?
 
Yea that sounds better than what I was doing. It was hard to get the full effect out of the exercises at the end the way I was doing it. I will add some back/leg exercises as well! Thanks!
