Friday
3km Swim


Saturday
5km run Treadmill sub 30m
Hand Weights and Core related
2.1km Run Road Course 11m
2km Swim

Sunday
3.1km Run Road Course 17m
Hand Weights and Core related
45min Spin Class (broke a bike too - well the pedel came off)
1km Swim


and I feel really good about it! not too sore not too wasted

I think my Personal Trainer will go nuts at me for the above. :D

Sounds like you were busy. Don't forget the importance of rest days. You may want to start a journal to post your workouts to for everyone to read.
