How is Nutritious food "bad". It's good for your over all health. lowers cholestoral, heart attack, stroke, blood pressure, There's no way you can have too much? As long as you keep everything healthy portion by portion. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. You can't have too much.

Having too much healthy food is still bad - If you take a look at it in a different way. You will be bored and you are going to give up so much of the world. Eating habits will be boring. Delicious foods are usually or usually have some unhealthy stuff. You should accept the fact that the healthy substitute for yummy food is not really a pretty good substitute - take coke and diet coke as an example, add in coke zero.

It would be nice to have some comfort food every once in a while, but not too much. You may get some withdrawal syndrome effects if you stricken yourself.
