Hey everyone happy thanks giving, so 2 years ago I started my weight loss journey and Lost 20 pounds in the gym, I became very fit and weighed 125, I felt great! Fast forward to 2013, I'm now married living in a far away state and I'm a freshman at a local university. I've been gaining weight on and off right now I weight 132, and just started getting back to the gym. I think my biggest problem is my eating habits, I can honestly say I don't know how to eat! Here is what my schedule is almost everyday. Wake up 7:00 am eat something quickly usual it's the noodle soap thing in the cup usually about 450 calories, I go to class and at 12:30 I eat pita bread with either turkey or salmi I estimate it around 200 calories and after I get home from the gym that's when everything goes bad, I eat like 4-5 snacks before dinner and that's why I lose and then gain weight what can I eat either at school or home to help keep me from getting really hungry? I heard oatmeal or fiber stuff are good? Which kinds? Please help I'm tired of over eating, if I hadent started going to the gym I would of gained all the weight I lost and more. What should I eat?
