Sport My supplements - opinions?

Sport Fitness
Ok, so my current goal is to drop my BF a little bit more, maybe for just another 4-5 pounds of fat. I'm lifting hard and doing cardio frequently. So, I want to lose as much fat as possible and lose as little muscle as possible. My diet is clean, I tend to intake not more than 15 % of fats, while evenly eating protein and carbs (moslty complex ones, sugars only pre/post workout).
I listened to some opinions and references, and currently my intake of supplements is like this:

2 x 35g of Whey protein (or 1 day, depends on my nutrition and training for that day).
7 g of L-glutamine
1g of L-carnitine

Is that okay for me and my goals, and what corrections should I make?

Please tell me your opinions.

drop carbs and up your fats. 15% is too low, and is likely affecting testosterone production, which will make fat harder to burn.

keep fats at least 25% of your daily calories, keep protein high, lower carbs...because energy comes from EITHER carbs OR stored fat....if you don't eat enough carbs, guess where the body looks?

malkore, tnx a lot. I really respect all of your suggestions.
Could you please tell me in what time should I take my supplements (especially L-glutamine and L-carnitine), and in what doses..?
For example, it says on the L carnitine bottle (Mega l-caritine - TWINLAB) that one serving (0.5g) is enough daily. Somewhere I read that I would need about 2g. Should i take 4x0.5g at once, or distribute it during the day?

Please, any comment is welcome, especially bout my supplement, I'm new to that.

tks

i doubt you need the l-carnitine. glutamine is worthless as a supplement for fitness trainees...its's only real benefit is to cancer, AIDS, and severe burn victim patients.

So what do you recommend that I take while I'm in this cutting phase for another 2 months?
tnx
