My Supplementation Routine...

Hi,

Right now I am sort of off the supplements, but I am going to start back on a routine soon. This is my plan:

In the morning I will have 1 protein shake -

I plan on adding creatine to the shake -

I also take one

I have those particular brands right now, that is why I am using them. I would also like to take a fish oil supplement, I plan on starting them soon...

So, is this a good plan? Should I space it all out? or is all in one shot first thing in the morning ok?

Thanks!!

you do realize your creatine is over priced (like, severely) because it has additional crap in it like taurine (for energy boost) as well as an NO2 product (which is the biggest scam around). $32 for 50 servings...vs $15 for 100 servings of creatine monohydrate.

GNC vitamins are overpriced, like everything else at GNC. I would recommend Source Naturals Life Force vitamins. decent price, high absorption rate.

I can't get the page to load on your protein powder, but i'm sure its fine. protein powder isn't magical, so as long as you didn't pay too much for it, it should be fine.

Thanks! I now realize that the prices for these products are too high, I am going to finish these off and then look for cheaper alternatives. I am in Canada so buying online from the States is not always cheaper, there are a number of Canadian retailers online too so I will check them out.

I guess my biggest question is when to take everything and should I take them all at once? For me, taking everything first thing in the morning is easiest...

yeah, plenty of good canadian online retailers...just stick to online to save money.

those life force vitamins, you actually take 4 a day...i usually take just 3, one every other meal.
creatine, IMO, should come post workout. since yours has the NO2 in it, take the current stuff about 45min pre-workout.
in general with creatine, you just wanna be consistent about taking it every day. it works over time, not immediately, so timing isn't critical.

I'd take the shake post workout.

Thanks very much for the advice!
