Weight-Loss My Super Salad

I've been eating this salad (sometimes two bowls) during the week and it has helped with my fat loss. Of course all salads can be beneficial to weight loss. it all depends on what goes on afterwards that can destroy the nutrition (dressing, cheese, bacon bits, etc.)

I place all these in a huge bowl and keep refrigerated for a week (or until my lettuce starts to get brown edges). I have a hard time finding spinach around here, so I leave it out.

Calories are based on the portion size I use.

1 Can Red Kidney Beans (drained) | 335cal
1 Can Corn (drained) | 280cal
1 Head lettuce (chopped) | 105cal
3 Tomatoes (wedged) | 65cal
1 Red Onion (sliced) | 60cal
1 Red Pepper (sliced) | 50cal
1 Green Pepper (sliced) | 35cal
1 Whole cucumber (sliced) | 45cal

Approx. Calories : 975cal
Servings : About 8-10 bowls of Salad

Then after putting it in the bowl, I add the following.
2-3 Tbsp Salsa
2 Tsp Feta Cheese Cubes

Then I change meats to keep the variety through the week.
1 Can Tuna (drained)
200g Turkey (chopped)
150g grilled chicken (chopped)
2 filets Salmon (fried)
150g ground pork in taco seasoning (fried)
