Hi,
I am new to losing weight, I started at 252 pounds and now down to 234. I use the scale but also measure to see if I am still on track even if the scale doesn't move. This morning while doing measurements I noticed my upperand lower stomach had both lost an inch each but my natural waistline went up a inch and a half. This was super discouraging

I work out 5-6 times a week, I go swimming, do yoga and weights and some cardio at the gym. I eat only whole foods, nothing processed. Still struggle time from time with chocolate. I started January 1 2018 and feel like I am making ok progress because it's a lifestyle change not just weight loss but this stomach thing is a real knife in the heart. Any advise would be welcomed.
