Weight-Loss

I have an exercise plan of going to the gym for an hour everyday over my summer vacation, and I also do Taekwondo. But...I have terrible energy! It runs out instantly, and my body often doesn't allow me to push myself without the possibility of collapsing and passing out.

I don't know what it is...it could be my diet, but really I don't eat that much. It's mainly cereal and other low-cal health food. I'm trying to avert from crappy food. As a matter of fact, not that I'm calling peanut butter crap, but I switched over to sunflower butter because it has higher nutritional benefit. I'm also trying to limit my milk consumption due to it's higher calories. I also started drinking my coffee black.

Anywho, I need as many suggestions as I can get. My ultimate goal is to lose body fat and gain muscle. If it's not possible to gain muscle while losing fat, I'd, at the very least, like the muscle I have now to be more visible.

Food=Fuel=Energy

The most likely answer is, if your not eating enough calories, your body probably isn't getting enough energy.

Some parts of the world actually list calories as the "energy value" or "food energy" contained in the product.

Yeah, in case it wasn't perfectly clear from Kayshiz's post, sounds like you need to eat... MORE! Feeling like you're going to pass out/feeling light headed is one of the first signs that you're just not eating enough. I suspect its one of your body's defense systems - when you're passed out, you can't keep moving to burn calories.
