Mandarins (canned in light syrup)
Low Fat Yogurt

There it is. Is that a good shopping cart list or not?

oh whoops, i forgot to add Salmon and tuna.

If you are worried about pollutants contaminating the fish, try favoring wild-caught salmon and chunk light (not tongol) tuna.

Can you choose fresh oranges or mandarins instead of syrup canned mandarins? Also, is the yogurt plain? Flavored yogurts often contain a lot of added sugar. For the cereal, what do the fiber and sugar content look like relative to the total carbohydrates?

  • Cereal--Depends on the type
  • Skim Milk--Keep
  • Natural Peanut Butter--Keep
  • Grapefruit--Keep
  • Grapefruit Juice--Get rid of it, eat the whole grapefruit instead(IMO)-
  • Onions--Keep
  • Roma tomatoes--Keep
  • Mandarins (canned in light syrup)-Get rid of it
  • Low Fat Yogurt--NonFat, sugar free is fine
  • Green Onions--Keep
  • Nectarines-Keep
  • Plums--Keep

  2. Where are the veggies?

the syrup in the canned fruit is garbage.

You should consider adding some type of berries, almonds, more veggies, and the extremely versatile olive oil
 
alright so, im going to get rid of the mandarins canned in the light syrup and i'm going to add more veggies, protein foods, olive oil, whole wheat pasta...
